Yangzizhou, located in the north of Nanchang City and at the middle part of Ganjiang River and surrounded by water, is the famous water oasis of Nanchang City and covers an area of 18.2 square kilometers and a population of 23,000. With the positioning of ‘leisure, habitation, urban industrial base’ made by Nanchang Municipal Party Committee and Government during ‘Eleventh Five-year Plan’ and the coming-complete of Hongdu Bridge, Yangzizhou Area will integrate with the urban area tightly, and be the best investment place and investment region with largest appreciation potential.
